"Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy and say to them, 'Thus says the Lord God to the shepherds: 'Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks? You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool; you slaughter the fatlings, but you do not feed the flock.'"
                                        Ezekiel 34:2-3, NKJV

Recently it was reported that one of the founders of a prominent activist movement has purchased 4 properties around the country, totaling some $3.2 million. This same activist leader, who is an avowed Marxist, has reportedly been looking at other property in Nassau, where condominium prices range from $5-$20 million.
It is interesting how many activist leaders claiming to promote, liberate and empower the people call themselves Marxists. This is particularly ironic since the same activist leaders find it so profitable to capitalize on Marxist rhetoric. In fact, isn't that actually called, "capitalism?"

We live in a society where perception is now considered reality. Nevertheless, perceptions are often (if not always) categorically unreal. Those who consider themselves something they are not are never to be challenged. Their unreal perceptions of themselves are never to be questioned.

Males who identify as females are not ever to be asked why they defiantly refuse to accept the fact that each and every one of the literally millions of cells in their bodies are all universally made up of pairs of XY chromosomes. Yet, all of those chromosomal pairs consistently affirm that they are biological males!

This holds true for our ethnic identities, as well. One may want to identify as another ethnicity for personal reasons, which are not supported by the DNA molecules that make up our cellular biology. We have famously seen one of our Congressmen (a female representative, by the way), who was able to receive financial aid, and even make a former career as a college professor, by claiming Native American ancestry, which (in fact), she did not have.
Why aren't American's demanding any kind of reality therapy for those hiding themselves behind clearly perpetrated lies, hoaxes, and con-jobs? Why are such blatant falsehoods not only accepted but applauded? Why? Because if Americans ever began demanding the truth, it would show all of us, to a greater or lesser extent, are guilty of misrepresenting ourselves. The truth is, as Jesus told the rich ruler in Matthew 19:17, "only God is good."

So, we choose to deny the truth, even though the truth would set us free, as Jesus said in John 8:32. Instead, our society has followed the path taken by the people of Israel, as recorded in Jeremiah 5:30-31: "An astonishing and horrible thing has been committed in the land: the prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests rule by their own power, and My people love to have it so, but what will you do in the end?"

In the end, we will all deal with a God who is not only good but also, absolute truth! The worst deception of all must, therefore, be self-deception!

Blessings & Peace,
Brother Dan
