Church ProgramsAdult Ministry OpportunitiesSunday School, 9: 45 amThis is a time of small open group Bible study in which Christian fellowship is formed. During this time the Word of God is revealed and discussed to give members a real life application. This better equips his people to reach the lost and build the Kingdom of God. We also feel this is the best place to develop Christian friendships to help one another through the challenges of this world. The materials used during this time is provided through Lifeway a department of the Southern Baptist Convention. Download the Sunday School Information Packet [FREE Adobe Reader Required] Men’s Ministry:Our men meet once a month on Saturday for fellowship, encouragement, and to perform ministry projects.
Women’s Ministry:The WMU (Women’s Missionary Union) is the umbrella term, which includes Women on Mission, Girls in Action (GA’s) and Mission Friends (Preschool age group). Women on Mission meet on the second Tuesday of each month for prayer, encouragement, and service projects.
ESP (Exciting Senior Persons):ESP is our senior adult ministry. They meet for fellowship once a month after morning worship, plus they are constantly on the go with trips and tours to a variety of interesting and exciting places! If you are retired and looking for fun, fellowship, mutual support and encouragement, then ESP is for you!
Discipleship training:Short term and on-going seminars relating to various issues as well as units dealing with discipleship and family issues. Offered on Sundays at 5:45pm Student Ministry Opportunities:Youth On Missions:Studying how to be a servant for our Lord. We develop the outward focus that God intends for their Christian lives. Includes in depth bible study, activities missionary feature, and mission planning. Grades 6th- 12th.
Service Y.A.T. (Youth Among Thorns):A time of Worship and Devotion to our creator, a time set up for student’s grades 6th – 12th. Includes youth praise band and message from our Assoc. Pastor.
Year Round Events:Youth Camps, Youth Evangelism Conference, Mission trips, F30 (Fasting30), Progression dinners, Lock-ins, Food fights, and much much more….
Children's Ministry Opportunities:TEAMKID & Preschool TEAMKID:Allows your child ages 3 – 5th grade to experience bible study, scripture memorization, singing, recreation, and light refreshments, each Wednesday from 6:45pm – 8:00pm.
Bible Skills, Drills, & Thrills:For grades 1-6 includes a bible story, scripture memorization, singing, and training for bible drills.
GA’s (Girls in Action) & RA’s (Royal Ambassadors)Exciting mission education for Boys and Girls 1st-6th grades. Boys learn what it means to be on mission through age appropriate stories and activities. Girls are introduced to interesting new people as they become aware of the world in need of Christ’s love. Both groups meet on Sunday nights at 5:45pm.
